Withdrawal functionality is conditional on the successful completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 4.3. pera77 will not process any withdrawal request until KYC has been completed and approved.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. pera77 does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same Account, except at our sole discretion upon provision of sufficient documentation.

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. You may request closure of your pera77 Account at any time by contacting our live chat support team or emailing [email protected]. Any balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any pending AML checks.
